What is Spatium Stories's Newest Promotional Feature: R2M2?

A quick demo of the R2M2 promotional feature that we will be debuting with our Wonderful Wizard of Oz drop on 11/28

We are launching a brand new promotional feature called: R2M2

"Random Rare Minting Squared"

This is a new way for authors to release their new titles or fun collector’s editions in a gamified way.

I believe the best way to explain a new feature is with an example:

Here is how it will work for the Wizard of Oz drop on 11/28:

We are minting 10 different Wizard of Oz books, each with a unique cover, and each is the full NFT book, which means you can actually read your book on spatiumstories.com.

These will all be minted as RARE books, which means they will have a limited supply. And to make things more interesting, each cover will have a different number, adding some unique rarity.

Here is the breakdown for this drop:

The Yellow Brick Road: 50

The Scarey Crow: 40/40

The Bravest Best: 30/30

The Tallest Tinman: 20/20

A Girl and Her Dog: 15/15

The Sad Tinman: 10/10

The Cowardly Lion: 5/5

The Witch: 3/3

The Scarecrow: 2/2

The Wizard: 1/1

We are going to mint these RARE books before starting the sale. There will be a total of 176 books. Once on sale, you can buy one for 0.5 Deso you will get a random book from this list. It could be the least rare or most rare!

This is how easy it is to buy one of these when they drop on 11/28:

1. Go to spatiumstories.com

2. Instead of going to the Marketplace like normal, head on over to the R2M2 page

3. Here you will see the book for sale along with the rotating cover images

4. Buying one of these is super easy: click Buy

5. Everything from here actually proceeds just like buying a normal book from the marketplace

   1. The only difference is when you click Buy, we get you a reservation for the cover and serial number. 

   2. This is where the Random comes in. All these books are minted as RARE copies, fully minted pre-sale. 

   3. When you get your reservation, we randomly select one of the RARE books and a random serial number. Then that’s the book you pay for. It could be the least rare OR the most rare. All for the same price!

6. Important notes on the reservation system:

   1. Your reservation will last for 30 minutes so if you randomly lose internet access or payment with BTC takes a while, it’s fine.

   2. You can also only get 1 reservation at a time per account

   3. You can buy as many books as you want, and we encourage it. Try and get the Wizard! But you can only buy one at a time

7. That’s it! Super simple!

As a reminder, this is one of the only places where you can buy NFT books like this with Deso, BTC, DUSD, USDC, SOL, or ETH! Pretty neat!
